Ibiza House Phi Phi Hotel - Phi Phi Don

Perfect great budget hotel with great views of the beach. Fantastic location in Loh Dalum Bay district near to 4 different clubs, the best beach, and the centre of partying.

Hair in the room.

The room with bunk beds. A shower and curtains were very handy. The location couldn't be more great right on the beachfront where all the partying goes down.

Proximity to the beach - you have to be partying hard to sleep here because its like a night club until 4am

strictly one towel, meaning when you wanted a new one they had to wash and dry it to give that one towel back to you. Room wasn't cleaned, fans didn't work, dirty place.

It's near the beach.

Very very noisy at night. absolutely cannot sleep! The loud noisy lasted until 2 am. The wall and door of room are very thin that we were woken up by the noisy of drunk people at 4 am.

The room is big and you can perfectly survive with just a fan. The location is only 10 steps away from the beach, I think it's the closest one. During the day this is good, but for the night it's horrible since the parties are at the beach bars.. So you can only get some sleep after 3 am.. They pick you up at the pier, you don't have to worry about it. They have some lockers at the reception, but not in the room.

I didn't feel safe, since in the building with the rooms there's no protection around. So anyone could go there and try to open my door or see through the window. One night, there was a drunk guy outside throwing rocks on my window! I was really scared.

If you like cockroaches, uncomfy beds, prison like rooms and booming music throughout the night from the 24hr bar opposite then this is the hotel for you!

Low price; good location: 50m away from the beach & in the heart of Ton Sai village; friendly staff

Being close to the beach in that part of the island means also being close to night bars. So, very noisy at night!

The location was perfect, literally right on the beach. The room was huge and in walking distance from the pier, not even a 10minute walk.

There is places cheaper on the island if you don't want to stay so close to the beach. It's a small island so no where is really far. For what we paid we had no a/c and the room does get very hot during the day and early night. No wifi in the room for the cost. No where to hang clothes. We moved somewhere else as we extended our stay in PhiPhi and it was cheaper and had wifi and a/C.

Ibiza phi phi was perfect for our stay! The villa was just a minute from the beach yet felt private. We loved the charming decor and comfy veranda. The staff were amazing and surprised us with a gift upon check-out! The peaceful mornings and lively nights made it a great getaway.

i would say the noise from nearby parties might be bothersome for some.

in pictures the hotel seems to be at the beach, is not, is 1 block and a nasty block. bug in the bedroom noise , all the beach parties are 1 block from the hotel

The food was fresh and the location was excellent.

The spacious room with mountain views was perfect, providing us a great space for our family.

In my wife's opinion, the lack of proper cleaning was disappointing. Improving cleanliness, especially in shared areas, would make a huge difference for families.

Big rooms Right next to main beach and bars

No wifi in rooms, and wifi at reception was avg. Music at night is v. Loud, bring ear plugs

Location - a short walk to the beach where all the bars are. It's also quite easy to walk from the hostel to the restaurants and pier on the other side. The lady at reception was nice and they arranged free pick up and drop off to and from the pier. Balcony. Clean.

There was one fan in the room and the room opened up to the balcony, which was nice but there was no breeze and the room was intensely hot all day and night even with the fan on. The shower area was cooler but as soon as you'd go to your room, you'd start sweating. We spoke to other guests and they had the same deal and couldn't believe how hot their room was. Apparently some rooms may have more than one fan and this might make a difference. If you can afford it, book an AC room.
